This is the 12-week program to help you build a stronger back. You will get comfortable with the exercise technique, build tolerance and endurance, and develop your back and hip mobility. These are the important building blocks for building strength in your back and will help your back to feel less tired and looser.
You will get access to the program through an app and also be sent explainer videos to help you better understand the program and the changes you'll be making to your body. You will also be asked to fill out questionnaires every 4-weeks to track your progress, at the end of the 12-weeks you and your referrer will receive a report to keep them updated with how you're getting on.
