The back program - guided
This is the 12-week program to help you build a stronger back. You will start with a 1 hour online call to talk about your back and what causes you your issues to ensure the program is designed just for you. We will go through exercise technique of the most important exercises to make sure you're getting the most out of your program.
You will get access to the program through an app and also be sent explainer videos to help you better understand the program and the changes you'll be making to your body. You will be asked to fill out questionnaires every 3-weeks to track your progress and a 30 minute follow-up at 6-weeks will allow us to make any adjustments to the program for the second half. At the end of the 12-weeks you and your referrer will receive a report to keep them updated.
During the 12-weeks of training, you will get comfortable with the exercise technique, build tolerance and endurance, and develop your back and hip mobility. These are the important building blocks for building strength in your back and will help your back to better and you to feel more confident in it.
